Registration and payment have to be made before requesting an invitation letter.
A regular invitation letter is recognized by many but not all Chinese embassies. If the embassy in your city accepts a regular invitation letter, please get the sample letter fully completed and send to icip2017@zhculture.cn , an executed letter could be scanned and returned to you in a very short time.
For participants who need an official invitation letter to apply for Chinese visa, the following information shall be requested:
Note: An official letter application usually takes 1-1.5 month(s), so please submit the information requested above before 28-July-2017, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application.
